Feedback, right where it belongs.
Your clients click anything on your website and leave a note. Pinnote pins it there, with a screenshot, the page and their browser. No accounts for them, and no more WhatsApp screenshots for you.
Free for one site, for good. No card needed.

Your clients never make an account.
They open the link in your invite, click what they want changed, and type. That's the whole tutorial. If they get stuck, it wasn't them.
Every pin brings along what you'd otherwise have to ask for:
- Screenshot
- Exactly what they saw, with the pin drawn on.
- Page and element
- The address, and the exact thing they clicked, down to its text and HTML.
- Screen and browser
- So "it looks broken" comes with "on an iPhone, in Safari".
- The conversation
- Reply from your dashboard and they see it on the page, next to their note.
Hi Priya. Click Comment, then click anything on the page to leave a note.
Hand it straight to your coding agent.
Connect Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or VS Code to Pinnote with one line. Your agent reads each note with its screenshot and the exact element, fixes it in your code, replies, and resolves it. Your client sees the reply on the page.
No MCP? Every note in the dashboard has Copy as prompt.

I made Pinnote for my own product, so my business partner, who doesn't write code, could tell me exactly what was wrong without a call or a blurry screenshot. We still use it every day. Now it's ready for your clients too.

Questions people ask.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They open the link in your invite email and start commenting. If your app already has its own sign-in, it can sign them in for Pinnote instead.
Will everyone who visits my site see it?
Only if you choose to. You pick who sees the Feedback button: only the reviewers you invite, everyone who visits, or nobody while you take a break. Everyone else sees your site exactly as it is.
Does it work with my site builder?
If you can add a script tag, it works: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Framer, Squarespace, Wix, Next.js, React, Vue or plain HTML. Each site's settings show where to paste it for your platform, and the install guides walk through each one.
My site has a strict Content Security Policy.
Give the script tag your page's nonce (or allow pinnote.app in script-src), allow pinnote.app in connect-src, and allow data: and blob: in img-src for the screenshots. That's all it needs.
What can an AI agent do with my feedback?
Read it, reply and mark it resolved, through a key you can switch off at any time. It can't delete anything, and Pinnote marks its replies as coming from an agent.
