About Pinnote
Feedback on a website belongs on the website, on the thing that needs changing, with everything needed to change it.
Why it exists
Pinnote started inside another product, so that a business partner who doesn't write code could say exactly what was wrong, without a call, a long email or a blurry screenshot. The partner got a button to click the thing and say what's wrong. It worked well enough that they still use it every day, and it's now ready for anyone who builds websites for other people.
What we believe
- Your clients shouldn't need an account. One link, one click, and they're commenting.
- A note should explain itself. The screenshot, the element, the page and the browser come with it, so nobody has to ask.
- You stay in control. You choose who sees the Feedback button, and reviewers never see each other's email addresses.
- Do one job well. Pinnote collects feedback on websites and gets it fixed. It isn't a project manager, a chat app or an analytics tool.
