Which one to choose
- You need feedback to become tickets in Jira, Linear or ClickUp. Use Feedbucket, which has every integration on every plan, or Usersnap or Marker.io. If Slack and GitHub are enough, Pinnote posts to Slack and sends notes to GitHub as issues.
- You want session replay or video. Use Marker.io, Userback, Feedbucket, Usersnap or Ruttl. Console errors come with every Pinnote note.
- You can't add code to the site. Use Pastel, which works through a shared link with nothing to install, or Pinnote with its browser extension for your reviewers.
- You run feedback through a task board with stages. Use BugHerd.
- You review PDFs, images, videos or documents as well as websites. Use MarkUp.io, Ruttl or zipBoard.
- You run feedback, surveys and roadmaps across a product's users. Use Usersnap or Userback.
- You want AI agents doing agency work like SEO and site updates. Use Atarim.
- You want clients to comment with no account, on your real site, for the lowest price. Use Pinnote, free to start and $9 a month for Pro.
