Questions about pricing
Do reviewers cost anything?
No. Both plans have unlimited reviewers, and they never need an account.
Does one plan cover my whole team?
Yes. A plan belongs to a workspace, and everyone on its team gets what the owner pays for.
What happens when a free site reaches 50 open notes?
Pinnote asks reviewers to wait until the team resolves some. Nothing is lost. Pinnote keeps notes older than 30 days too, and they come back when you upgrade.
Do prices include tax?
Yes. Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, handles payments and shows the final amount before you pay.
Can I cancel, or get my money back?
Cancel any time from Billing, and Pro runs to the end of what you paid for. Any charge can be refunded in full within 14 days, no questions asked.
